How soon will I get my package?

We offer free ground shipping on all orders within the U.S and they will deliver via UPS or USPS. See below for delivery expectations and additional available options.

General Shipping Info

1.We can ship all in-stock orders in 1-2 business days as your payment has cleared.
2.All items are inspected before dispatch and are carefully hand-packed.
3.With standard courier practice, you check the contents of the parcel before signing for your goods. If you do not we can't be held responsible for any damage that may have occurred in transit.
4.We will ship according to the shipping address you provided, please notify us any address change before your order is marked "Shipped" to avoid parcel loss.
5.We will ship the item normally within 24 hours, but the reason for the ship system of our warehouse to carriers, the tracking number will show up later than the actual ship, technically it will takes 2 days.
Note: If you place an order after 5pm EST on Friday, it’s likely your order will not ship until the following Monday. We do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays

We offer USPS service delivery parcel from USA warehouse.
Delivery Time: 3-5 business days ( 3-7 days )
Two-Day Shipping:
UPS Priority shipping, which generally takes 1-2 business days. (May take 3-4 days cause by outbound shipping delays.)

Ships from Hong Kong:

We offer Hong Kong fast shipping to your door step and it usully takes 5-8 business days(7-12 days). (Currently  all Animal Crossing cards are shipped from Hong Kong.)

Shipping Fee:

Orders over $8.99 will receive free shipping on all products in stock at H.K. Warehouse.

Orders over $9.99 will receive free shipping on all products in stock at US Warehouse.
